20 years of OPSEU/SEFPO Hospital Professionals’ #RightToFight!

20 years of OPSEU/SEFPO Hospital Professionals’ #RightToFight!

On February 13, 2003, OPSEU/SEFPO Hospital Professionals made history. They organized a one-day walkout to fight for more staffing, better working conditions & better patient care, and they won.

Twenty years later, chronic underfunding and understaffing is once again harming patient care. And what is the government’s plan? Drain more staff and funding from our public hospitals by privatizing surgeries and diagnostics.

Hospital professionals know what’s needed to solve the healthcare crisis: more staff and more funding in our public hospitals; not less. We have the #RightToFight for it!
