Member Education

About Us

Member education and mobilizing are at the heart of OPSEU’s vision of unionism. The Education staff from the Campaigns and Member Education Unit works with staff and members all over OPSEU to design regional education courses and leadership programs. We develop the facilitation skills of our members and staff, and support campaigns and bargaining with effective mobilizing education. We help locals, sectors and regions strengthen their education programs, and we work with Equity committees and caucuses to integrate equity into all OPSEU education programs.
