The Boards of Education and Cultural Institutions sector Divisional Executive are elected to these voluntary positions by the sector’s members.

The Divisional Executive are dedicated to building the capacity of the education sector, to address and lobby the Ministry of Education.

Many sector meetings take place outside of work hours, which Divisional Executive members attend on their own time. They sacrifice their personal time to work hard towards a better work environment for all Education sector members.

Meet your Divisional Executive: 2019-Present

Sandra Cadeau: Chair

Sandra, Chair of the Boards of Education and Cultural Institutions Divisional Executive, is an Educational Assistant with Simcoe County District School Board (1998-Present).

Sandra is also the current Vice President of OPSEU/SEFPO Local 330, and has been part of a number of leadership teams within the education sector, including:

  • OCEW Central Bargaining
  • OCEW Benefit Trust
  • OCEW Treasurer
  • Provincial Working Group Health and Safety (PWGHS) Environmental/Evaluation Steering Committee
  • Instructional Support Working Group (ISGW)

Bonnie Eddy: Vice-Chair

Bonnie, Vice-Chair of the Boards of Education and Cultural Institutions Divisional Executive, is a Child and Youth Worker with Simcoe County District School Board (1999-Present).

Bonnie is a Chief Steward for Local 330, a member of the Barrie District Labour Council, Area Council, and the Vice-Chair of OPSEU/SEFPO’s Provincial Women’s Committee.

Donna Caissie: Treasurer

Donna, Treasurer of the Boards of Education and Cultural Institutions Divisional Executive, is an Educational Assistant with the Simcoe County District School Board (2001-Present).

Donna is a Steward and Secretary for Local 330, and also holds a leadership position within OPSEU/SEFPO as the Region 3 Hardship Committee Chair.

Susan Richarz: Secretary

Susan, Secretary of the Boards of Education and Cultural Institutions Divisional Executive, is an ESL/LINC Instructor with the York Region District School Board (2001-Present).

Susan also proudly represents OPSEU/SEFPO members as President of Local 514.

Lise Orsini: Member at Large

Lise, Member at Large of the Boards of Education and Cultural Institutions Divisional Executive, is an Educational Assistant with the Rainbow District School Board (1998-Present).

Lise also proudly represents OPSEU/SEFPO Local 614 members in her role as President.
