Your Central Employees Relations Committee team is writing to provide you with an update on the Appendix 7 review for the 2014 special case submissions.  All cases that were unsuccessful in receiving a reclassification have been forwarded to the Employer on March 07, 2018 for further consideration to cabinet for a special salary adjustment. 

Notwithstanding the commitment and respect both parties have demonstrated through this process, the Employer has advised the Union that there is no guarantee that those cases submitted will result in an increase. So, it is important to note that the final determination is subject to review and at the sole discretion of the government despite best efforts made on your behalf by your CERC Appendix 7 Committee.
