OPSEU represents the largest number of allied hospital professionals across Ontario, with more than 21,000 members at 79 hospitals across the province.

Not only do we represent the largest number of allied hospital professionals across Ontario, we have the history, experience and resources to back them up.

OPSEU’s Hospital Professionals Division is specifically focused on the needs of hospital professionals and has a proven track record in achieving gains at all levels.

For instance, OPSEU has negotiated wages for allied hospital professionals that are, on average, 5 per cent higher than the wages achieved by ONA for professionals in the same positions. In some cases, it would take up to 25 years for ONA members to achieve the same wages OPSEU members are already making at 8 years.
