The College support bargaining team wants to find out what is important to their 8,000 CAAT Support members.
If you are a CAAT S member we strongly urge that you take a few minutes to complete the survey. It will take less than 30 minutes to complete. You can stop the survey whenever you choose and start again at a later time.
Surveys must be submitted no later than March 5, 2014.
In January, OPSEU support staff at 24 colleges attended local demand set meetings and submitted 175 individual proposals for bargaining. This survey has been developed from your submitted demands and classified by category.
The proposals will be put to a vote by elected delegates attending the CAAT Support final demand set meeting in Toronto, March 29-30.
Your participation in the membership survey is extremely important. By doing so, you will have a direct hand in the development of an informed and cohesive package of contract proposals. They will clearly represent the needs and priorities of our members as we head into bargaining later this year.
