A total of (15) fifteen inmate assaults on staff in Ontario Provincial Correction Facilities. 

Assaults on members were reported at Toronto South Detention Centre (7), Central North Correctional Centre (2) , South West Detention Centre (3), Monteith Correctional Complex (1), Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre (1), and Elgin Middlesex Detention Centre (1) 

October 20-26, 2014

Monday: 2 staff assaulted Vanier Centre For Women
Tuesday: 3 staff assaulted Toronto South DC
Wednesday: 1 staff assaulted Vanier Centre For Women
Saturday: 1 R.N. assaulted (gassed) Niagara DC
One riot reported at TEDC with damage to one living unit following a serious assault of one inmate by inmates.
