The most recent GSB Decision pertains to “a dispute between the parties concerning the Employer’s request for production of the transcript invoices and tax returns of the Court Reporters that the Union intends to call to give reply evidence”. The Vice-Chair concluded that, “the Employer is not entitled to the witnesses’ tax returns,” but, “the Employer is entitled to the production of the witnesses’ transcript invoices for the years for which they will be testifying”.
The next date at the Board for HUNT (remedial issues) is Thursday, March 1st, 2012. Court Reporter bargaining unit integrity grievance continues at the Board on March 20th, 2012.
