Worker Appreciation Day is a time to celebrate the amazing job workers do providing crucial services to people with developmental disabilities in our communities.
Developmental Services workers are proud of the work we do. Through caring, compassion, skill and experience, we take a stand every day for quality public services, and are dedicated to the people we serve.
We know perhaps better than anyone just how much our sector is in tremendous need of proper funding. Resources are stretched to the limit, and we go above and beyond expectations in ensuring that clients are well served and cared for.
