Disability and Work in Canada 2019 was held at the Delta Ottawa City Centre on December 4 and 5, 2019.

The conference reviewed a revised pan-Canadian strategy to improve the level of employment of persons with disabilities and identify the most important early steps in implementation.

This session was given in part by OPSEU Disability Rights Caucus (DRC) members Jason Patterson and Gillian Axten. The session was on sharing best practice for accommodating workers with disabilities.
