Rally for public service funding, not cuts, outside MPP David Piccini’s constituency office in Port Hope on May 23rd!
As Ford continues to undermine and underfund the public services our communities rely on, workers and the communities they serve are paying the price. OPSEU/SEFPO members, labour advocates, and citizens are coming together in Peterborough, Port Hope, and Lindsay next week to tell their MPPs that enough is enough: Ontario needs adequately funded public services now!
As part of constituency lobby week, workers in Region 3 are making the most of the occasion. During one of only a handful of weeks throughout the year when MPPs are in their home riding and meeting with constituents, rally with us as we call upon the provincial government to prioritize funding for services crucial to our communities’ well-being — including education, healthcare, and social services.
Thursday, May 23 – MPP David Piccini’s Office
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
