Feeling (Tory) blue over the Ford government’s wide-spread and devastating cuts that are decimating Ontario’s public services? Ontario Treasury Board President Peter Bethlenfalvy and Bay of Quinte MPP Todd Smith will be speaking to local businesses about their government’s “accomplishments.” Join us in telling them how you feel about Doug Ford’s destructive and irresponsible agenda.
Date: July 4, 2019
Time: From 12:15 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Location: Meet at Metro parking lot at 53 Quinte Street and we will will walk to the meeting location at the Trent Port Marina, 15 Creswell Drive, Quinte West
The only thing the Ford government has “accomplished” is making life more difficult for all Ontarians, with deep cuts to health care, education and public services, breaking The Beer Store contract, gutting green initiatives and environmental regulations, cancelling the minimum wage increase along with other employment standards – the list seems endless.
Come out on July 4th and have your say! Tell Bethlenfalvy and Smith that if their government is “for the people,” then they need to stand up “for the people” who elected them. They must stop supporting cuts to critical public services that all Ontarians need and rely on.
