On average, women must work 15.5 months to make what a man does in 12 months. That's why we're marking #EqualPayDay on Tuesday April 10.
OPSEU is calling on the Ontario and federal governments to #ShowUsTheMoney with strong #paytransparency and #payequity legislation. We're #donewaiting for governments and employers to close the #genderpaygap.
