The 2019 OPSEU Women’s Conference is scheduled from October 25-27, 2019 and will be held at the Chelsea Hotel in downtown Toronto.
The theme for this year is “I AM” and it will give participants a thoughtful look at:
- Women’s resilience in dealing with homelessness and dependency;
- Women’s strength in dealing with violence at home and in the workplace;
- Women’s experience with human trafficking and poverty; and
- Women’s strategies to overcome these struggles.
The Provincial Women’s Committee (PWC) is please to present a thought provoking roster of speakers, panel discussions, artists and performers to share their insights and knowledge. Participants will leave the conference feeling inspired and prepared to ask the tough questions that foster change in their communities.
