This Monday, September 12, the Superior Court of Justice will have the first day of hearings for the Bill 124 constitutional challenge.

Bill 124 is an attack on workers’ right to fair collective bargaining. It has had damaging consequences for hundreds of thousands of public sector workers, the majority of whom are women, and it has had damaging consequences for Ontario’s health care system and economy.
Join us at the Superior Court of Justice this Monday at 9 am to support the fight for fair collective bargaining, decent work, and quality public services. Doug Ford has the power to repeal Bill 124 – we won’t give up the fight until it’s repealed or overturned!
