The Ontario election is our chance to say no to job loss and privatization

OPSEU is hosting four Telephone Town Halls on Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28 on the issues that are critical for all members in deciding how to vote on June 12. Through the town halls, members have the opportunity to express views, ask questions, and hear what other members and elected union representatives are thinking.

Public sector jobs and services are on the line. We'll talk about all of that during these Tele-Town Halls (TTH). Most OPSEU members have participated in similar events on other issues and campaigns.

Members will receive a reminder phone call from OPSEU President Warren (Smokey) Thomas a day before their TTH.

Here are the details. Members who are unable to join the TTH for their region may dial in to another one. That dial-in number and PIN number is below.

How and when to participate in your Telephone Town Hall

Regions 1 and 2 (Niagara, Western Ontario, and Georgian Bay)

Talk with:

6:25 – 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 27

How: 
If your phone number is in our data base, you will get a phone call between 6:25 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. to let you know the Tele-Town Hall is about to start. All you have to do to participate is stay on the line.
