On December 11, join injured workers and allies at rallies across the province to sing injured-worker carols, hand out leaflets, and collect petition signatures for the Workers’ Comp is a Right campaign.

Celebrate the resilience of injured workers who refuse to back down from the struggle for fair compensation. Please follow our Facebook event, and share this information widely!

The holiday season can be a difficult time for injured workers who have been forced into poverty. We are all only one workplace injury away from relying on WSIB benefits to cover our bills and provide for our families. Meanwhile, WSIB is slashing the benefits injured workers depend on.

It is time to rebuild a workers’ compensation system that treats everyone with dignity and respect. The injured worker outreach blitz is an annual event organized by the Ontario Network of Injured Workers Groups.
