The collective agreement for OPSEU members in the CAAT-Academic Division expires on September 30, 2017.
Each local from the CAAT-A bargaining unit is invited to send delegates to the 2016 Pre-Bargaining Conference which will be held at the Sheraton Hotel in Toronto.
Delegates will look to identify a number of broadly based issues that are relevant to this round of negotiations, examine them in some depth, and provide some guidance and recommendations to local demand-setting meetings. There will be discussion on the role of the Bargaining Advisory Committee as per the motion passed at the last Divisional meeting. The number of delegates per local is determined by Convention formula.
