OAHPP is off to arbitration!
May, 2010 Last November, we told you that we had filed for conciliation. We met with the employer and our conciliation officer in December, February, March and April and were able to finish off the non-monetary issues. We returned to the bargaining table on May 10 to 12 to begin the monetary issues. Unfortunately, we have now stalled on monetary issues. More…

NON-MONETARY ITEMS ARE NOW COMPLETED
April, 2010 We returned to the bargaining table on March 8 to 10 and again on April 12 to 14 with the conciliator in attendance for the April dates. During these six days, we were able to complete the outstanding non-monetary issues.
