Become a Union Representative for the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan

The Pension Liaison Committee invites all OPSEU members and retirees in the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) to apply for the position of Observer Representing Pensioners for 2014 and 2015.

The successful applicant must be a member of the HOOPP.  Attendance is required for at least four meetings per year. This is a non-voting position.

With the challenges facing defined benefit pension plans, OPSEU needs people who have a firm and deep commitment to the labour movement and to Union principles, as well as having an understanding of pension plans.
